In the unlikely event that the merchandise reaches you in a damaged state, we will be happy to replace the same with an identical fresh piece.

Please provide us a picture of the damaged item by e-mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of its receipt

Upon confirmation by us, return the item within 3 days while ensuring the item is addressed and packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit

Upon receiving your item, we will send you a like for like item in exchange within 15 days (this duration will depend upon availability of a like for like item)
It can take 10-15 days to prepare your order. We will give you a time estimate at the time of placing your order.
